An anal HPV DNA test was positive for two high-risk types of HPV (18 and 45). Our conclusions on this case are the following: histological analyses were negative for HPV-related dysplasia; clinical evaluation 2 weeks after the procedure showed no other perianal or perivulvar lesions, and biopsy sites in the anal canal were healed.
