Abstrakt: According to the literature, 89 compounds, including 56 diterpenoid alkaloids, have been isolated from I A. barbatum i var. I puberulum i [[3]-[7]]. The crude alkaloids were chromatographed over a column of silica gel with elution by CHCl SB 3 sb -MeOH (100:1, 60:1, 40:1, 20:1, 10:1, 5:1, 3:1, and 1:1) to produce nine fractions (A-I). Fraction B (1.71 g) was separated by column chromatography over silica gel with elution by petroleum ether-Me SB 2 sb CO-Et SB 2 sb NH (20:1:1->1:1:1) and petroleum ether-Me SB 2 sb CO-MeOH (1:1:1) to produce subfractions B-1-B-6. Fraction C (2.10 g) was separated over a column of silica gel with elution by petroleum ether-Me SB 2 sb CO-Et SB 2 sb NH (10:1:1->1:1:1) to produce subfractions C-1-C-7. [Extracted from the article]
