Abstrakt: This paper examines the impact of organizational justice on employee performance through an exploratory study of the opinions of doctors and nurses working in a Saudi hospital in the Eastern Province. The study used a survey questionnaire to collect data from a sample of 200 participants, and the data were analyzed using regression analysis. The results indicate that organizational justice has a positive impact on employee performance, with the subtypes of distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice, and informational justice all showing significant relationships with performance. Conclusion: The application of organizational justice in policies and practices is crucial for organizations to improve employee performance. Management should prioritize creating clear policies and procedures to ensure that employees perceive the organization as fair and just. Providing training to employees on the importance of organizational justice and its impact on performance is recommended. Future research should explore the impact of organizational justice on other aspects of employee performance such as productivity, absenteeism, and turnover. However, it is important to note that this study was limited to doctors and nurses in a Saudi hospital in the Eastern Province, and therefore further research is needed to explore the impact of organizational justice on other healthcare professionals and in different industries and contexts.
