Abstrakt: The article presents data on the task of recycling polyester polymers based on recycled polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET), which accumulate in the form of polymer containers, bottles, carpets, and fabrics in nature and do not decompose and clog not only landfills but also reservoirs. In this regard, this paper discusses the issues of recycling polyethylene terephthalate waste in order to obtain polymer compositions with the addition of modified montmorillonite, which is used in the manufacture of press materials and cast products.
