Troubleshooting plays a vital role in many big industries and companies for the maintenance and other services such as identifying faulty systems, network issues, backlogs, and loss of connections and production. In short, troubleshooting is more like an inspection process. This is also true for the monitoring system, wherein it detects and prevents possible system failures. People working under a company can distinctly analyze and detect possible malfunctions or errors in a specific department or area with the monitoring system. However, it was a hassle to transfer from one building to another to troubleshoot. Furthermore, the availability of personnel and distance would cause additional problems and may be time-consuming. The Convenient Online Network Technology Remote Operated-Line Machines (CONTROL) is developed to reduce the time to troubleshoot any line machines in large manufacturing industries. This research aimed to develop a system that can create secured access to any PLC-operated equipment anytime, anywhere in the world.
