Abstrakt: To date, there is no comprehensive information about the composition and properties of particles of ZhS6U alloy obtained by electroerosion metallurgy in modern scientific and technological publications. Integrated theoretical and experimental studies are required to achieve this goal. In this study, it is found from the results of X-ray experiments aimed at investigating powders obtained from the waste products of ZhS6U heat-resistant nickel alloy in kerosene that rapid crystallization of the molten waste material of the ZhS6U heat-resistant nickel alloy in the liquid working medium of kerosene under conditions of electroerosion metallurgy gives rise to the fabrication spherical and elliptical particles and the appearance of carbon on the alloy surface with a uniform distribution of Al, Cr, Fe, Co, Ni, Nb, Mo, Ti, and W phases, and Mo2C and WC carbide phases. The conducted research contributes to solving the problem of substituting the import of powder materials suitable for practical use and reducing the cost of production of the final product.
