Intriguingly, we found that TI was highest, and thus most pathological, in patients with TTS (median 0.516 vs. 0.355 vs. 0.313, I p < i 0.0001), which further resulted in a significant difference between the two groups of TTS and ACS (see Fig. Patients with Takotsubo syndrome, acute coronary syndrome, and controls were retrospectively investigated. Conclusions TI was significantly higher, and thus more pathological, in patients with TTS when compared to patients with ACS or controls. [Extracted from the article] |
