Abstrakt:	Atrial dissociation due to digitalis toxicity in a patient suffering from arteriosclerotic heart disease is presented. In addition atriovcntrieular block with Wenckebach phenomenon were present. When digitalis therapy was stopped the above arrhythmias disappeared. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
