Abstrakt: Risk is present always and everywhere, especially in the construction field. Risk is uncertain and it can be a quantifiable part of uncertainty, for which we can estimate the likelihood, impact, and extent of the damage. More than other industries, the construction industries are more prone to risk, and often are not dealt adequately, resulting in bad performance, increase in cost and time delays. Therefore, the risk analysis is critical for the selection of the satisfactory project and construction project management. The risk analysis helps in decision-making process, as well as providing further assistance, which further help out to select the best project of a construction project while using the multi-Aspects approach. The purpose of the present study is the identification of significant risk factors present in the construction projects, know about their importance and their impacts on the project goals and objectives. The present study aims to recognize and the identification of various risks in any construction project. In this study chosen qualitative risk analysis methods to gather data, analyse it and get reports for the outcomes. Qualitative risk analysis is used for the data analysis and the matrix for probability-impact is prepared and high risks are identified. A questionnaire containing 6 categories with around 20 factors is prepared from the literature, four risks which are Improper resource allocation, Bad weather conditions, Unavailability of manpower for construction, Unsatisfactory skilled staff were found to be critical risks after the analysis from the probability-impact matrix.
