Thermodynamic characteristics of an autonomous heat recuperator of flue gases of periodic action.

Abstrakt: The paper shows that during the processing of plastic waste into liquid fuel, up to 10 m3 of gases and vapors are formed, which, at the moment, are considered to be spent coolant. At the same time, the echo temperature can reach 130-250°C. That is, these gases and vapors can be recognized as a secondary energy resource of thermal generators. To use this secondary thermal potential, a heat exchanger design is proposed for operation in a device with an organized flue gas emission and vapor condensation. The regression dependence of the resulting temperature of the heated coolant is obtained, as well as graphs for determining its full-scale values, which showed the high efficiency of this solution. It is proved that the use of this technology will reduce the level of fuel consumption at operational facilities. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
