Abstrakt: |
The syllabus has consistently provided educators and students with a foundation for their courses. The change in higher education brought on by COVID-19 highlights many necessary changes in the syllabus to communicate more effectively between educators and students. The syllabus becomes a valuable communication tool for educators transitioning from a simple course outline to including guidance on contacting the educator and course expectations regarding attendance, netiquette, and assignments. Assisting current and future educators in understanding and effectively using the syllabus to enhance their courses will also be explored. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
