Moodle is a Learning Management System (LMS) platform that has several features that support student learning activities. The purpose of this study was to describe the use of LMS to improve students' learning activities in solving differential equations problems according to the students' Adversity Quotients (AQ). This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The instruments used in this study were the AQ questionnaire, test questions, and reflection questionnaires. The subjects in this study were students of mathematics education in grade 5B using the sampling method, namely Stratified Random Sampling which is divided into three categories, namely Quitters, Campers, and Climbers. The learning approach used is divided into two stages, namely the Virtual Synchronous Approach followed by a Collaborative Asynchronous Approach. The results of this study indicated that (1) students' learning activities of the types of Quitters, Campers, and Climbers increased more when they learn by using the Collaborative Asynchronous Approach compared to the Virtual Synchronous Approach with an increase of 15.59%, (2) students' responses toward the use of LMS in learning were categorized as positive with an average percentage of 85.38%.
