Composting is a sustainable Organic Waste Management (OWM) practice that converts organic waste into valuable products such as liquid organic fertilizer and biogas. These also known as Anaerobic Digestion Effluent (ADE) by-product remained after fermentation processes of organic materials such as dried leaves for methane production. The results of the anaerobic digestion process of dried leaves on biogas reactors show that the gas produced after it is full will be wasted in the air, and after the reactor reservoir is filled with gas, there is no change in the volume of gas. The gas volume was seen to change on the 4th day and after that, it continued to increase until it reached its peak on the 11th day. Additionally, the liquid organic fertilizer (POC) improved the growth responses of Brassica rapa L. application of 100 ml/L/polybag POC (AC) significantly affected the plant height and number of leaves. This implies that POC as Anaerobic Digestion Effluent (ADE) by-product from a mixture of cow rumen and plant materials greatly influenced the growth and development of Brassica rapa L.
