Abstrakt: This article describes the evaluation performance of two constraint processing treatments (TCPT) techniques: the advantages of feasible (SF) and adaptive penalty (SP) solutions in combination with differential evolution (DE). Our approach is tested on Dez reservoir data related to water supply and hydropower operation to evaluate the accuracy of our approach. The results of the simulations on water supply and hydroelectric exploitation with spillway parameters forecast better prospects for the water resources of Ntem water flow. Indeed, to demonstrate the robustness of our approach, we did a simulation of the test functions to assess their potential. Then, we did a comparative analysis of our approach with other algorithms combined with the constraint treatment method. The quality of the results obtained by TCPTDE is much better in determining optimal solutions than the genetic algorithms, the swarm of particles, the colony of bees and the Drone Squadron Optimization (DSO) hybridized with TCPT.
