Abstrakt: Breast cancer is generally over growth of malignant cells and that are foremost cause of breast cancer in women. The early detection strategy can help to prevent the mortality rate women globally. Therefore colorimetric detection of breast cancer cells is extremely required for the earlier diagnosis of cancer cell. Herein, we have synthesized magnetic core-shell silica nanocomposite are special interest in colorimetric sensor for sensitive analysis of breast cancer. The magnetic silica nanocomposite (SiO2/Fe3O4) has exhibited enzyme-like peroxidase mimics towards HER2-positive (HER2+). The sensitivity and selectivity of SiO2/Fe3O4 was evaluated target-précised HER2 and it is observed that good linearity in a concentration range of 0-5000 cells with a lower detection limit of 560 breast cancer cells. The sensing of HER2+ cancer cell has demonstrated the possible claim of present biosensor for the clinical diagnosis of breast cancer. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
