The article presents a case study of a 47-year-old patient consultation for the establishment sudden back pain moderate followed by muscle weakness predominant in both worsening lower limbs rapidly progressive over a few days, responsible for disorders of walking. It mentions neurological examination reveals tetraparesis with sphincter disorders. It also mentions diagnosis of an intramedullary cavernoma complicated by hematomyelia is retained. |
