Abstrakt: | The article presents a study which examined the association between social isolation and incident dementia over nine years in large and nationally representative sample of Medicare beneficiaries in the U.S. Topics include criteria for participants to be classified as having probable dementia, distribution of baseline participant characteristics, and characteristics of baseline participants for the total sample and by social isolation status. |
