This article is devoted to the development of an information system designed to control the quality of printing of 3D printers using FDM technology, for a convenient search for a technology to eliminate errors associated with the construction of three-dimensional models. The article provides a comparative classification of inaccuracies and shortcomings of plastic extrusion, a literature search for methods to eliminate such errors and tips on the operation and configuration of the 3D printer itself, articles on overcoming weaknesses in FDM technology. The analysis of the used DBMS was carried out, the structure of the selected database was developed, the system model was developed using UML notation, the programming language of the software product interface was determined. The database is filled with found information about methods for eliminating 3D printing errors, search modes for it are defined, a site is programmed that performs such a search and displays relevant recommendations on the screen. A real test of the software product was carried out, a user manual was developed for operating the developed information system for various modes of using 3D printers. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
