Abstrakt: Introduction: Caring is the core of the nursing process and competency standard that needs to be improved at the educational stage. Many nursing students still cannot correctly show a caring attitude when caring for a patient due to a lack of understanding of caring concepts. The SHARE framework is a learning strategy developed based on the framework to improve patient satisfaction. This study aims to develop and evaluate the feasibility of a SHARE framework-based learning video to improve nursing students' caring attitudes. Methods: A sequential mixed methods study was used using Focus Group Discussion (FGD) in the first stage to explore forms of caring concepts in real examples to be used in video learning and a survey approach in the second stage to examine the feasibility study of video learning. A purposive sampling of ten nurses with more than ten years of experience caring for patients at the hospital located in Malang participated in FGD. Data collection followed FGD guidelines, and FGD was video recorded, then transcript verbatim for data analysis using thematic analysis. Then survey for the feasibility study was conducted on 301 nursing students to evaluate the overall satisfaction, clarity of content, duration of learning videos, and whether they would recommend the video for caring to learn. Results: Findings suggested five central themes of caring attitude based on the SHARE Framework were used to make a video scenario. The learning videos that have been compiled are then applied to nursing student learning. The overall results of the feasibility study were that most students mentioned that video is satisfying, straightforward, and recommended to be used in future caring learning. Conclusions: The development of a caring attitude based on the SHARE framework could be implemented by improving patient comfort through assessment and determination of the right problem, paying attention to the patient’s hygiene, meeting patient needs through creativity and innovation, building trusting relationships with patients and families, be a good listener, respecting patient wishes, use appropriate nonverbal language, greet the patients, and provide appropriate education to the patient.
