Abstrakt:	The article presents a case study of a 39-year-old female who has been presented with mesenteric arterial thrombosis but has been later diagnosed with non-small cell lung carcinoma. It explores the association between cancer and venous thromboembolism (VTE), particularly in lung cancer patients. It also describes the patient's initial presentation, diagnosis, and treatment with chemotherapy, immunotherapy, anticoagulants, and supportive care.
