| Abstrakt: |
The article presents an analysis of verbal bullying and whether courts should find it to violate Title IX. It mentions Supreme Court case on peer harassment under Title IX, Davis v. Monroe County Board of Education and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) promulgated regulations stating that harassment on the basis of sex constitutes unlawful sex discrimination under Title VII. It also mentions sexual harassment could be a cognizable form of sex discrimination. |
