Abstrakt: | An interview with author David Baker is presented. Baker discusses the role of poetry in the apprehension of nature, his writing about climate grief and personal grief in his book of poetry "Whale Fall," and the capability of lyric poem to tell news, to be documentary, and to rely facts and figures. He also talks about the lyric potentiality of scientific diction and inclusion of mathematical formulas in his poetry book "Scavenger Loop." |
