With the concept of sustainable development has become more and more popular, and the utilization of biomass resources has gradually become a hot issue of concern. As renewable resources, straw and fly ash could be recycled and reused, which can not only fully utilize the waste resources, but also avoid environmental pollution. In this paper, the research of straw and fly ash intermixing on concrete materials were introduced and the impact of straw and fly ash intermixing on concrete materials were mainly discussed from three aspects, including mechanical properties, durability, and thermal insulation properties.
