The obligation to insure employees for risks, which belongs to employers, is a way that belongs to the social insurance system. In this sense, the persons who carry out activities on the basis of an individual employment contract are part of the insurance report, the quality of insurer belonging to the National Insurance Fund for Accidents at Work and Occupational Diseases.
