Abstrakt:	Malignant cutaneous adnexal tumors are rare dermatosis that can have extradermal twins. Diagnosis of adnexal skin tumors is sometimes difficult. Immunohistochemistry has limited value in the diagnosis. Most adnexal skin tumors are localized on the head and neck.
