West-Ward Pharmaceuticals International Ltd. focused on patent infringement by West-Ward Pharmaceutical that marketed generic version of iloperidone, Knowles Electronics LLC v. Cirrus Logic Inc. which deals with patent infringement by Cirrus Logic of microphone technology, and Raniere v. Microsoft Corp. which deals on violation of privacy rights. |
