Calculations have been made for the existing magnet of the MAVR spectrometer and the results are compared with experimental data. A model of a new magnet is proposed that makes it possible to increase the maximum magnetic rigidity of particles up to 2.5 T m. The quality of focusing of beams of different rigidity onto the plane of the detectors for two models is compared. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
