Abstrakt: The article discusses the use of rotational oscillation test to determine the stability of all-ceramic two-piece ZrO2 implants and compare it with titanium implants. Results show that ZrO2 implants have higher stability, lower tilting and rotational clearance, and fewer fractures than titanium implants under the same test conditions. However, titanium implants have a higher immobilization of the abutment screw due to their higher tightening torque.
