Abstrakt: Tomato brown rugose fruit virus (ToBRFV) is a virus that has recently emerged. This virus represents a challenge in terms of resisting tobamoviruses, which threaten the productivity of the main commercial varieties of tomato worldwide. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of elicitors and biostimulants on morphology, yield, and fruit quality in tomato plants infected with ToBRFV. The experimental design consisted of 14 treatments with seven replicates randomly assigned. Fourteen days after transplanting, all the treatments, except the negative control, were mechanically inoculated with ToBRFV. The variables evaluated included eight morphological, six yield, and six fruit quality variables. The statistical analysis performed was one-way ANOVA with multiple comparison of means (Tukey, P ≤ 0.05). The treatments with the best values in the yield variables were Virablock® 3G50, Optifert®, and Silicant®. Haifa ProteK™ Total proved to be the most effective in the morphological and fruit quality variables, while NitroBac Plus® induced greater root growth. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
