Abstrakt: The principal study's goal was to determine the influence of combined and isolated effect of Plyometric circuit coaching and aerobic training on attacking performance of volleyball arch attackers. In order to meet the study's goal, sixty men volleyball gamers participated in inter department competition of AMET University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, were considered as subjects. The respondents' ages, heights, and weights varied from 18 to 21 years, 175 to 178 cm, and 60 to 70 kg, correspondingly. All of the individuals were divided into four teams at random of equal number at random. Each team consists of fifteen (n=15) subjects each. Group-I, II, and III experienced combined aerophilic and Plyometric circuit training, aerobic training, and Plyometric circuit training respectively. The control group is group 4. Three experts rating method was utilised to assess the attacking performance of volleyball arch attackers. The information obtained from the 4 groups before and after the study were examined using analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). Due to the involvement of 4 groups, when the derived 'F' ratio for modified post-test means was considered to be substantial, the Scheffe's test was used as a post hoc test to evaluate the paired mean variations. Experimental groups show considerable improvement on arch attacking performance when compare to control group. The combined training group significantly dominated the other two experimental groups. But, no significant in arch attacking performance was evident between aerobic and plyometric circuit training groups. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
