Abstrakt: Coherence of the educators' beliefs about non-directive education in nursery is a process. It favours the connection of "theory and practice" and the consistency of educators' activities for the benefit of the child. The research oriented by the constructivist concept of grounded theory shows mutual observation of co-workers, conversations about everyday events and difficulties in shaping common beliefs about accompanying the child's development. It allows to discover the importance of theory in the perception of educational activities. The research report reveals the problem of educating the teacher of a young child up to the age of three.
