This research paper provides the thermal regime of a building where it serves as a combination of all factors and processes that determine the thermal situation and the energy efficiency of all rooms. As soon as designing buildings with efficient energy use, it is necessary to apply measures that minimize the load on heating and promote the rational use of solar radiation and environmental heat. The total energy consumption for the production of building materials, construction, operation and demolition of the building, most of the energy is spent on heating and hot water supply during the period of its active operation of the building. Consequently, the practice of designing and constructing buildings with energy efficiency shows the architectural solution, the appearance and expressiveness of facade solutions has a high potential for obtaining a modern architectural solution.
