Abstrakt: The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of supplementation of giloy (Tinospora cordifolia) and moringa (Moringa oleifera) at 0.75% levels in treatment groups to assess the effect of different stocking densities and the interaction effect between dietary treatment and stocking densities on performance of broiler chicks. An experiment of 35 days was conducted, utilising 270 day-old VenCobb-400 broiler chicks, and were distributed equally, to rear on 3 different stocking densities as SD1 (11birds/m2), SD2 (15 birds/m2) and SD3 (19 birds/m²). Chicks reared on each stocking density were further divided in to one control (T1) and two dietary treatment groups (T2=Giloy; T3=Moringa) equally, so in the present experiment the total number of groups were 9. The analysis of variance with 3x3 factorial interaction design was utilized in present study in which effect of dietary supplements; stocking densities and interaction between these on carcass characteristics, percentage of mortality and livability of broilers were evaluated. During entire experimental period, non-significant effect of dietary treatments, stocking densities and interaction effect between both was observed. Supplementation of 0.75% of basal diet of giloy stem and moringa leaves powder didn't affect the carcass characteristics in broiler chicks. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
