Abstrakt: Based on the Organic rankine cycle (ORC) system, a mathematical model of low-temperature cold energy recovery power generation system was established through Matlab and Refprop. Using R245a as the working fluid, keeping the the cold source temperature constant, thermodynamic analysis of the system was carried out in the evaporation temperature range of 55~70°C. The effect of evaporation temperature on the heat transfer characteristics, power generation, system thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency of the power generation system was explored. The results showed that when evaporation temperature from 55°C to 70°C, the heat capacity flow rates of the system condenser and evaporator decreased by 29% and 32%, respectively, the total irreversible loss of the system increased, but the expander machine efficiency improved, the net power generation of the system increased by about 22%, and the thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency of the system increased by 0.35% and 7.2%, respectively.
