Abstrakt:	The article offers a re-interpretation of the Hembrillo Canyon Campaign fought from March-April 1880, after the failure of two previous attempts by the U.S. Army to subdue hostile Apachesled by Bi-du-ya, in support of the argument that the campaign was foiled by poisoned water.
