Abstrakt: To our knowledge, this is the first epidemiological study evaluating fatigue and its relationship with sleep disorders in patients with inflammatory skin disorders. Dear Editor, Fatigue is a poorly understood phenomenon, defined as a feeling of overwhelming exhaustion and a lack of energy and enthusiasm.[1] A recent study demonstrated that patients with inflammatory skin disorders report significantly more fatigue and have higher odds of insomnia than patients with noninflammatory skin disorders.[2] The aims of this study were to evaluate the prevalence of fatigue in patients with inflammatory skin disorders, to examine the association of fatigue with sleep disorders and to identify other factors associated with fatigue.
