Technological leadership in the future will not only determine the rating of a particular state, but also form its national security. Traditional agribusiness industries are now one of the dealers in the implementation and active use of new technological solutions in their activities. Solutions such as blockchain, Big Data, AI and even quantum technologies have already become routine in this industry. Following the first and second waves of the pandemic and quarantine restrictions between countries, it was the agricultural industries that demonstrated a high resilience of adaptability, increased agricultural production volumes and strengthened the country's export potential. It is obvious that to maintain further productivity growth it is necessary not only to increase funding and subsidies to the industry, but also to develop new state mechanisms to protect domestic agricultural producers.
