The article covers a scheme of insole, obtained by varying the angle of the surface of the stiffness in a new effective design of prophylactic footwear for patients with diabetes, and a method of calculating the bend. Based on the numerical solution, the bending characteristics, histograms and their analysis of the insolees made of EVA materials are given. Based on production tests, the recommended footwear effective options are listed. The tests were carried out on serial and prophylactic footwear for patients with diabetes mellitus and compared the results. The design of the insole for preventive footwear has been made and tested in order to reduce pressure and prevent various deformations along the plane of the foot for patients with diabetes mellitus; it is a rational design for manufacturing objects of labor.
