Abstrakt: The development of Industry 4.0 technology requires humans to be able to carry out activities quickly and precisely. Era 4.0 makes it easy for humans to connect with the industrial environment and the surrounding environment. One of them is implementing a 3D Printing machine to make it easier for us to make replicas that are suitable to support. In addition, the application of 3D Printing is to make piano keys. The material used in making piano keys is PLA filament. In the 3D Printing manufacturing process, there are three important stages that must be passed, namely design, slicing and generation, and 3D Model real products. The piano keys created in this study revealed 27 keys. Furthermore, the dimensions of the keys are measured using a caliper, where the measurement results show that the accuracy of 3D Printing is 98.7%. The next stage was manufacturing the braille keys into the piano, after which the piano was tested on blind students who found 11 people. The trial results show that they are very interesting to learn the piano from the basics. In addition, braille piano technology can also make it easier for blind students to learn to use the piano.
