Abstrakt: 3 Regulation of EL-4 cell apoptosis by in vitro treatment with THs and in vivo control of the thyroid status a EL-4 cells were treated in vitro with THs (T3 + T4; at a similar concentration as above) for different times and were stained with FITC-Annexin-V and propidium iodide (PI) to evaluate cell death. The mean optical density±SEM of three experiments are also shown; *p<0.05 versus control. e Levels of Bcl-2 and Bax mRNA relative to 2-microglobulin were evaluated in tumors from mice with different thyroid status by qRT-PCR.
