The authors analyzed the results of innovation transfer of IOC NAAS for 2018-2021. The studies were carried out as part of constant monitoring of the Institute's positioning as the originator of oilseed varieties, legal protection of research results, and as part of marketing research. Effective technology transfer tools are presented, the dynamics of income from the commercialization of scientific developments over the last four years are analyzed. The goal is to analyze existing technology transfer tools, develop an algorithm for the interaction of research institutions with agricultural producers on the conclusion of scientific and scientific-technical contracts. Based on the results of scientific research, the Institute of Oil Crops creates innovative developments that allow agricultural producers to obtain a significant economic effect. Active work with agricultural producers makes it possible to spread the selection varieties of IOC NAAS in all regions of Ukraine. The use of innovative developments leads to the economic growth of agricultural production enterprises. The developed algorithm of the interaction of the IOC of the National Academy of Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences with agricultural producers satisfies the need of commodity producers for innovative scientific developments that increase their competitiveness, and the IOC of the National Academy of Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences provides an opportunity to receive funds for their further development. For the period 2018-2022, 46 license agreements were concluded for the amount of about UAH 2 million. In 2022, the IOC NAAS concluded 5 license agreements for the cultivation of winter mustard (Mishutka, Novinka), spring mustard Prima, sunflower variety Prometheus; 7 contracts for the joint cultivation of IOK NAAS (Novinka winter mustard, Atlant winter rapeseed, Orpheus and Zaporizhzhya Bogatyr flax, Nabir sunflower). In order to further accelerate the process of transformation of the results of completed scientific research into commercially attractive objects, it is necessary to make efforts to deepen mutually beneficial cooperation between science and agribusiness.
