Abstrakt: Abstract—A review of the current state of research on the effect of ultrasonic treatment on the condition of the surface is carried out. Studies are presented in which the relationship between the parameters of the ultrasonic treatment mode and the physical and mechanical properties of the surface is considered. Various types of ultrasonic liquid and solid-state processing are considered. The second part of the review is devoted to cavitation-erosion treatment, ultrasonic surface plastic deformation and combined processes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
