Abstrakt: Xanthelasma palpebrarum (XP) refers to xanthomas that occur around the eyelids. In total, 12 patients completed the study, and treatment outcomes were scored as 3 in nine patients (75%), and 2 in three patients (25%) (Figs. As in the study of Ren et al.,[4] and to get comparable results, XP lesions were classified into four grades with Grade I being the mildest with lesions involving only the upper eyelids.
