Abstrakt: Excisional biopsy of the axillary lymph nodes revealed a significantly enlarged lymph node with angiofollicular lymphoid and plasma cell proliferation (polyclonal in nature with dual reactivity for kappa and lambda light chains) associated with wide areas of scarring. Castleman disease (CD) is a group of lymphoproliferative disorders classified according to the extent of lymph node involvement into a localized unicentric type and a less common multicentric type.[1] In this paper, we report the first case of postpartum CD that presented with paraneoplastic pemphigus (PNP).
