| Abstrakt: | Although hibernomas are commonly found in soft tissues, spinal intraosseous hibernomas are extremely rare and 13 cases have been published from 2008 to 2019. While checking for metastatic lesions in a colorectal cancer patient, a spinal lesion found accidentally, thereafter biopsy and follow-up magnetic resonance imaging were performed.
