It is not until chapter four that Wade and Jones turn their attention to integrating positive psychology into supervision. Wade and Jones do not explicitly identify the target audience for I Strength-Based Clinical Supervision i , but the book is clearly directed to mental health professionals engaged in supervision and training. Wade and Jones conclude I Strength-Based Clinical Supervision i with a brief chapter that reemphasizes the importance of self-study and a person-centered, insight oriented approach.
