Also, in the eighth sentence, "HABs" should be changed to "harmful algal blooms", and should have read 'Lastly, Brewton et al. (2022) demonstrated that septic system effluent has contaminated both groundwater and surface water sources in Southwest Florida and contributes to the intensification of harmful algal blooms, such as red tide events'. In the eighth paragraph, the second sentence should be read as 'Lacking consistent acoustic telemetry detection coverage in areas that regularly detect tarpon, combined with the limited instances when red tide blooms overlapped with peak tarpon detections, our ability to make direct comparisons between tarpon presence/absence and red tide presence/absence was limited'.
