| Abstrakt: |
The analysis of direct and inverse relationships between the purpose of the lunar settlement, its location and the conditions where the lunar settlement is supposed to be located has been performed, according to the open access publications and information. It is proposed to consider the circumpolar regions as the primary location for lunar settlements.
