Drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS) is a rare, but potentially life-threatening drug induced hypersensitivity reaction, characterized by fever, skin eruptions, hematologic abnormalities, lymphadenopathy and multisystem involvement.[1] Herein, we describe a case of DRESS syndrome with hepatitis and pancreatitis induced by BNT162b2 mRNA COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer-BioNTech, Philadelphia, United States of America).
