We report a case of annular cutaneous leishmaniasis (CL) in which the patient experienced rapid self-healing following biopsy, which could be explained by reverse Koebner phenomenon. Koebner or isomorphic phenomena, described by Heinrich Koebner in psoriasis, as the appearance of lesions of a pre-existing skin disease at the site of trauma.[1] Reverse Koebner, as the name suggests, is the disappearance of lesions at the site of trauma.
